Artist Notes:
"When I heard Mercedes was developing a successor to the McLaren Mercedes SLR super car, I designed this concept based on their Maybach Exelero Coupe show car shown earlier. However, M-B subsequently severed their ties with McLaren, canceled the SLR project, and went on to develop a new Gullwing of their own.
Long in the making; finally in the open. Had great fun watching the ugly prototype mutating into an imposing, yet handsome car. Tried a low angle with wide stance to bring this out."
